This system is being described as “DUEL PIPE WITH FLAT technology” for safety electrical earthing which has been branded and applied for Trade Mark Registration as “GEETRODE” earthing electrodes having repulsive characters to prevent from rapid corrosion in irrespective of soil condition.

This system is having three compartments as Outer shell, Inner shell and Terminal Flat in a standard size of 3 meter long duly designed as per the standards of IS code of practice. This Geetrode earthing system will be initially assembled in MS material with its core of perfection in all angels by qualified skilled staffs and further will go for Hot Dip Galvanization with an application of 100 microns in the outer shell and 300 microns in the inner shell & terminal flat which will have the quality check by the internal quality control team and rejections will go for further treatment to keep up the standards so that these method of zinc coating or application will lead the metal for very longer period especially from corrosion attack since there is a rule of say that mother soil will absorb any metal material in short duration. Hence instead of cure the corrosion the prevention method of Hot Dip Galvanization with adequate micron application will be maintained for long duration.

Secondly the annular space between the outer shell / inner shell / terminal flat will be filled with a special composition of conductive compound which will have the continuity for fast conduction in the system.
